Talk it out, drop a supplier list on Stock, or type name, SKU, unit cost, quantity, and location.

Choose the point at which you want to be warned for each item.

Use it on jobs
Add materials to a job from your stock list so cost and billing stay consistent.
The details that matter
- Stock items are scoped to your business, with suppliers held separately so one supplier can serve many items.
- Cost prices are stored per unit, so quantities on jobs multiply out correctly.
- Materials on a job record their own price at the time, so a later cost change does not rewrite history.
- A photo of a packing slip, a supplier PDF, or a CSV can be dropped on Stock. You check the draft, then Accept.
Questions
Before you switch
Does stock decrease automatically when I use it on a job?
Yes, for the items you count. Add a counted item to a job and its quantity drops by what you used, on the desk or the phone, and the stock history shows which job took it. Charges like travel are never counted.
Can I track stock across more than one vehicle?
Yes, using the location field on each item. Separate per-vehicle inventories are a future addition.
